Welcome to the homepage of the Radovljica Festival, the oldest early music festival in Slovenia. With ten concerts taking place in Radovljica and Velesovo between 7 and 22 August, this year's festival will present a broad spectrum of programmes ranging from reconstructions of performances from before the advent of musical notation to 21st century music and new works. The festival features a workshop
for singers and vocal ensembles led by John Potter with an introductory
lecture on Singing Early Music in the 21st Century. Visitors from Ljubljana and Kranj can take the free festival bus. The Radovljica Festival is a member of the European Early Music Network REMA.
